Dedicated Customer Service

This hotel is located in what used to be Red Roof Inn off of International Drive and it’s a quick walk to the I-Drive Trolley. The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. It has two outdoor pools, however, it was a little cold for using them. When I accidentally left something in the room at check-out and it was thrown away the manager, Jose, did his very best to replace it, including offering to reimburse me for repurchasing the item.
