Setting the ultimate backdrop to this themed event, the New York section of Universal Studios Florida™ transforms into a French Quarter Courtyard where you can revisit your favorite foods and try some new ones, too.
To feed your appetite for authenticity, the park is offering sample and full-sized classics like catfish po’ boys, jambalaya, and crab étouffée. If you’ve got a sweet tooth to satisfy, swipe a slice of traditional purple, green, and gold king cake or a powdery order of beignets with your choice of indulgent dipping sauces. Adults can also partake in specialty Mardi Gras drinks, including Ragin’ Rumbalaya and Vicious Voodoo cocktails.

Create vibrant memories and collect colorful beads at the wildly entertaining Mardi Gras parade. Floating through each night of this exciting event, the parade presents wild Mardi Gras figures, performers, and artistic entertainers. This family-friendly event even features a select spot, the Little Jester’s Parade Viewing Area, to give your youngest party pals the best view in the park.
