Although not technically a federal holiday in the United States, St. Patrick’s Day is still observed and recognized stateside. The National Retail Federation estimates that consumers in the US spend almost 6 billion dollars celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. That’s a lot of green flying around, and Orlando is certainly no exception to this spending. The city usually hosts a weekend full of parties and celebrations each year on the holiday. We’ve picked out some of our favorites for you to check out this year. With a little bit of planning on which party to join, you’ll spend less green and spend more time thinking about your green outfit and having lots of fun.
Raglan Road

Raglan Road is an authentic Irish pub located at Disney Springs, known for its energetic atmosphere and live music. If you can trust anyone other than an actual Irish person to accurately recreate the feel of an Irish pub here in the states, it’s probably going to be Disney. Last year, Raglan Road had a weekend-long festival celebrating Irish culture and centered on this holiday. You can expect a similar event this year, although there hasn’t been a formal announcement yet.
